Tomatoes is One of The Vegetables and Fruits that add unlimited Benefit to human Health if Well Used.
It is not just a vegetable but also a citrus fruit. It provides plenty of health benefits. It refreshes your face and keep your body healthy. When cooked, it is very sweet and delicious. Its high acidity makes it a perfect one for canning.
Studies have shown that Tomato prevent the occurrence of certain cancers,  especially stomach, and lung cancers. There is a substance called LYCOPENE contained in Tomato. Lycopene is a carotenoid and phytonutrient found in red fruits and vegetables such as Tomato. This substance protect the effect of cancer in the body. A little bit of fat like olive oil with Tomato helps Lycopene to be better absorbed by the body.
Reducing the risk of cardiovascular diseases: Tomatoes have some essential nutrients such as Potassium, Vitamin B, and Folate which help lower both high blood pressure and high cholesterol. In turn, could aid the prevention of heart attack, stroke, and some other cardiovascular diseases.
Tomatoes contain Vitamin K and Calcium, although they might be fair but both help to strengthen and repair bone tissues. 
Vitamin A which is present in Tomato helps to keep your hair shiny and strong. It is also good for your body. Removing the seeds while cooking or eating Tomatoes lessen the risk of Kidney Stones and Gallstones.
Tomato is Anti-oxidant due to the presence of Vitamin A and C. These Vitamins help to neutralize harmful free radicals in the blood stream. Red Tomatoes are very good for Anti-oxidant, and have a lot of health benefit.

Most people in our country here (Uganda) like eating roasted pock with raw tomatoes and they do not remove the seeds. Are they at risk? Hoping for positive response.
