New York City Book Club decided to go topless to make reading Attractive to young men.
The members of book club called The OCETPFAS, Outdoor Co-Ed Topless Pulp Fiction Appreciation Society decided to go for a very daring move – they bared their braests in Central Park this Friday and Saturday while reading books.
The group OCETPFAS was formed a couple of years ago, aiming to make reading attrative to younger men by gathering for a topless open-air reading sessions from time to time in New York. According to New
York laws, being topless is not against the law.
Gladly, this group mostly comprises of gorgeous young girls, and anyone can join just by following them on social media.
